Group Sessions

Get Fit, Have Fun, Be Social

Semi-private group classes (max 4 people) with our Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Great as an introduction to exercise or for injury rehabilitation.​

Group classes are still individualised and our Exercise Physiologist will design a program that will work towards each individual's personal goals.

These sessions will keep you motivated, a great way to have fun and exercise in a group environment!

All group classes can be claimed through your health fund if you are covered for Exercise Physiology.
